These Terms of Use govern your use of Fixee's website and mobile applications. By creating an account, making a booking, or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and bookings

Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in details. Booking requests are subject to provider availability and confirmation. Check the service description, price, address, date, and time before confirming a booking.

Services, prices, and payments

Fixee connects customers with service providers. The price and any applicable taxes, discounts, advance-payment amount, or cancellation charge shown during booking apply to that booking. Online card payments are processed by our authorized payment provider. Do not submit payment details outside the Fixee payment flow.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the booking status and the cancellation information displayed when the booking is confirmed. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible and may take additional time to appear, depending on the card issuer or payment provider.

Acceptable use

Use Fixee lawfully and respectfully. Do not provide false information, interfere with the platform, misuse another person's account, or attempt to bypass payment or booking controls.
